I LOVE the recent changes that have been made to gear tracking. Having gotten Rally pedals this winter, I was adding up the time that the pedals were in use by manually adding the time in the activities. The time tracking is great. BUT, it could be made a little better. I'm not going to "retire" the pedals after 100 hrs, I'm going to maintain them (grease them), and then continue to use them. So, the ability to trigger an alert/notification when a piece of gear reaches its maintenance trigger, time, distance, date, and then hit a button to indicate maintenance has occurred and restart the countdown would be great. I can make it work with what you gave us by extending the "retire" trigger when I do the maintenance, but that is like using a hammer on a screw. :-)
