Activities, pace and other are not synchronized with Garmin connect app

I just bought a Vivoactive 4, I installed Garmin Connect and I've been able to connect the smartwatch to the app without issue. All synchronization looks good, except the activities, heartbeat, pace, walk... I don't see any of these activities in the Garmin Connect app (on the phone or the webapp). I tried unpairing the smartwatch and re-pairing it but without success. I see all my activities on the smartwatch but nothing in the Garmin Connect app.
Would you have any advise to me?

  • I had to go into the parameters of the Garmin Connect app to enable the data transfer, looks like it was not enabled by default which is weird. But now it works fine.
