Audio prompt volume

When I listen to Spotify during a run, and I have course navigation enabled on my new Forerunner 965, the audio prompt volume for directions is very low. I can't find a way to raise the volume except for raising the master volume which also affects my music. The audio prompt volume is so low that I can hardly make it out. Is there a way to raise just the prompt volume?

    It depends on the Android version & brand. On some older versions you can only use the master volume, but on others you can control the volume of each app individually. If your phone supports the option, go to the Audio Prompts settings on the phone, and at the bottom of the screen, tap the function Volume. Adjust the volume while the announcement is in progress. If too short, repeat it till the volume matches your needs. You can also adjust the volume individually in this way during the true announcement when in an activity.

    I posted this on the android forum by mistake. I do use Connect on Android but when I'm running I don't take my phone,so Spotify is running on my watch. Are you saying that if I take my phone, I can use it to change volume settings on my watch or is that only if I'm using Spotify on my phone?

    I recommend asking on the forum for Forerunner 965. My Instinct 3 plays Audio Prompts through the phone, since it does not have any built-in audio, so it likely differs for models playing the audio internally.
