Is there a way I can set a custom weight gain goal on Garmin Nutrition?
I want to gain at a slower pace than the 0.25kg a week minimum it allows, and not sure what to do.
I could either set my target as maintenance and just eat above that, or I can set 'No Goal' and manually track (but that doesn't let me set my macros as a %)
Or I just set as a 0.25kg gain and eat a little below the target it sets.
Thoughts?
