Abnormal heart beat setting

Question

I cannot disable or enable low heart rate notifications. I do not want them. The setting is greyed out, why is it not allowed to be changed?

dcc414c8c3154af2b9f3a0aff2fc4043 - For many of our watches, abnormal heart rate can be disabled by following these steps:

Access the settings menu of your watch.

Select Notifications & Alerts.

Select System Alerts or Health & Wellness.

Select Abnormal Heart Rate Alerts.

Select High Alert or Low Alert to toggle them on/off.

If that doesn't do the trick, let us know what model of Garmin you're using and we'll look into this further.
