Feature Request : create a custom workout

Hi,

having running trainings and workouts are a great new feature when preparing for a target run.

Still, I can't find an easy way to create easily a customized workout focusing on some areas.

For example, I'd love to be capable to create a 20 (30, 40, ..) minutes' workout focusing on a specific area (abs, chest, legs, ..) and just have to indicate the time and the area.

Not to compare applications, but it's a feature that exists in fitify application I used to use often, but I trust Garmin can do the same.
