I have been successfully using Garmin Connect on my android phone for about two years. However, this week, when I tried to sign into Garmin Connect on my phone I was asked to read the new End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and click the button that said I had read and agreed to the EULA. When I then tried to sign into Garmin Connect I got a message saying:
'Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access sso.garmin.com
Cloudflare Ray ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
My IP xxx.xx.xxx.x
You can email the site owner to let them know you were blocked. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of the page'.
I emailed Garmin and informed them of the problem and included the Cloudflare Ray ID etc. as requested and received a confirmation that my email had been received but not further information. Three days later, I have uninstalled the Garmin Connect app on my phone and reinstalled it but received exactly the same message when trying to log into Gamin Connect.
Any suggested action to get out of this frustrating dead end would be greatly appreciated?
