Garmin Pay/Add Card Error

Hi All. I need some help. I am Unable to add a Bank Card to Garmin Pay. Moved from Fenix 6 to Fenix 8 today. Blush

 1. Garmin app/More/Wallet & Garmin Pay/Get Started/Credit-Debit.

     I get a Error ‘Card Data Not Available – We are unable to load all card information at this time. Please try again later.

 2. Garmin app/More/Garmin Devices/Fenix 8/Wallet & Garmin Pay/Add Card.

     Error. ‘An error occurred’

 

I have done the Following and still get the same error.

  • Clicked on Forgot Password/ then Reset Wallet
  • Unpair ‘Bluetooth’ Fenix 8 form phone and repairing it.
  • Uninstall/ Reinstall the Connect app and Delete Data & Reset settings on Fenix 8.

 

  • I get similar errors from time to time. When I reported to Garmin they always told me to talk to my bank, even when the issue is clearly on Garmin's side. They even told me that my card is not supported, even though the same card worked before.

    I'm all cases it worked again after a few days/weeks. 

    I don't know if it works because Garmin fixed it (I doubt because for that they should've first acknowledge that it's a bug) or because they restarted something and now it works for a while, until the next time it won't....
