Steps, heart rate doesn't sync in my Garmin Connect

Since October 2025, my steps and heart didn't sync in my Garmin Connect app (android) eventhough the watch Forerunner 55 counts it, but after I synced to the app, there's no data on the app. I can still sync running, swimming, etc but the steps, heart rate, fitness age also, they didn't syn on the app, please help.

Try to Remove and Add the Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.
