I chose a Facebook but after sometime it just disappeared and now I don't know how to set that again. Please help. Thank you.

Could you describe what you did in detail? I don't understand what it means: "I chose a Facebook"

You can write in any language you like. We (or Google ) can translate all languages.

I guess the user probably meant "watch face" and not "facebook". If it is indeed the case, then the instructions for changing the watch face on Venu 3S can be found here: Venu 3 series Owner's Manual - Changing the Watch Face

And, if the watch face came from the Connect IQ store, and disappeared from the watch, it may need to be installed again
