Since an update in Jan I know longer have the calories in/out on my app.
It was my most used part and a fantastic addition when I link to My Fitness Pal.
Is there any way to get it back? If not please could it be update so you can?
Thanks

Agree….important to be able to track calories in vs calories out.
Calories In/Out moved to Nutrition. And you do not need Connect+ for that, it works with MFP, too, and even retrospectively for all historical data.
Hi Trux, where in nutrition do you see a weekly trend of calories in vs calories out in a single chart? I cannot find one.
There is this, but it is daily, I’m looking for a single line chart of entire week or month…etc.

On all the tabs 1d / 7d / 4w / 1y :

Hi Trux, thank you for the response. I was aware of that chart, I had sent Garmin feedback that it becomes difficult to read at times between calories consumed vs adjusted calories.
For example, hovering over it does not even show me the adjusted totals as shown below.
It shows calories consumed and goal, why would you not list all values which are in the legend.
The adjusted calories is higher for this day which is barely visible in grey in back but for some reason not shown when highlighted.
Changing the dashed line to adjusted goal would make it easier to read, possibly.
Maybe it is just me, not the worst chart but not something I would consider complete if it were one of my work projects.

Yes, that would make sense. If you did not do it yet, I recommend suggesting it to Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin

You could use the Light Theme of Garmin Connect:

Hi Trux, thanks for the link, I posted the suggestion. Appreciate your time and help.
I don't have Connect+, and I am no longer seeing calorie data from MFP anywhere in the Connect app, and I just asked Garmin Support about it and the support rep I chatted with claimed that Connect+ is required for calorie data from MFP to show up in Connect.
I.e., it appears that they took a previously free feature and moved it behind a $69/yr paywall. Classic enshittification.
They may think this means they will make more money from me, but in fact all it means is that I will stop buying Garmin watches. I hope I'm not alone in that; we shouldn't let companies get away with pulling stuff like this.

That's nonsense. It still works as it always did, completely free. The only difference is that it moved to Nutrition. I do not use Connect+, and also did not use MFP since a few years, but right now to test it, I went to my MFP account, entered some food, and the food Calories appeared instantly in my Garmin Connect account, without even having to click the MFP sync button:

You are fortunate that it is working for you. However, for me, calories have not synced from MFP to Connect since January 30, i.e., January 30 was the last day they synced.
Both Connect and MFP say they are still connected, and exercise calories are syncing in the _other_ direction, from Connect into MFP.
And then there's the fact that a support rep from Garmin told me I needed to pay for Connect+ for this to work.
Just out of curiosity, do you pay for MFP premium? Because I do not. That is one potential difference that might explain the different behavior we are seeing.
Another possibility is that they are rolling out the change gradually and it hasn't hit you yet. Or they are only making this change in certain countries (I'm in the U.S., don't know where you are).
