Hi,
i gladly switched to the garmin nutrition feature. I do miss two things:
- I would like to be able to "include my active calories" by a percentage (for example: 50 % of my activity calories -> 1000 active kcal -> Nutrition adds 500 kcal to my kcal goal). This way I could adjust my worries about garmins tendency to overestimate my burned calories. Ideally I could define the percentage value per sport (100 % for running, 50 % for weights for example).
- I had a clinical breath analyses concerning my resting calory burn rate and I would love an option to correct the garmin estimate.
For tracking reasons, i would love reports on weight vs. calorie intake vs. activity calories.
