What is sleep alignment? Do you mean the graph of sleep stages or something else? Can you see the sleep data on the watch?
If present on the watch, and not in Garmin Connect, then I recommend to Remove and Add the Device From the Garmin Connect App, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.
If not present on the watch either, then check whether any heart rate was recorded during the night. If not, then you probably enabled the Battery Saver during sleep, which powers off the HR sensor. Either disable it, or edit the battery saver, and allow the wrist HR.
