I use Cronometer to track all my nutrition including fiber intake but this is missing from the Garmin Connect+ Nutrition. I think it should track all nutrition not just macros.

Agree, need the specific daily totals like fiber, sugar, etc. otherwise not much use to me - will have to go back to fitnesspal, a shame because Garmin is much better operation otherwise.
Yea, I cancelled the trial and will have to wait til they fix some of these issues to resubscribe. I was dual logging in cronometer so I will go back to just logging in there. It's too bad because it seems like a simple thing to add but until then it really feels like nutrition is incomplete.
