Can't turn off "fitness age" notification vibration without turning off all vibration (incl alarms)

Lily Classic buzzed me first thing on a Sunday morning. Was it an emergency? No. It was a notification that my "Fitness Age" is now 31. I am 37. I do not need their "younger is better" obsession interrupting my peaceful weekend morning coffee.

It is a massive design flaw that we can't disable these specific, vanity-metric vibrations without turning off the actual morning alarm vibration.

Please update the firmware to allow us to opt-out of "Fitness Age" alerts, abd/or give us more granular vibration controls in general.

  • I also can’t disable it. I’ve tried everything. The instructions on their site are not accurate. It literally wakes me up. I could care less about this feature and hate my watch buzzing at me when i don’t want it to.

  • SAME. Even with sleep mode and do not disturb on for sleep hours it woke me up the first second sleep hours ended, even though I was still asleep. It's so irritating and useless!

I like everything else about this watch but i hate the fitness age notifications

  • I do not get any such notifications, but in your case I would change the Wake Up time to a value an hour or two after your usual wake up time, or I would disable the Morning Report. Although on my watch, the Fitness Age is not a part of the Morning Report, I do not know how it is on Lily. You best ask the question on the subforum for your specific watch, where other owners of the same model may advise better.

  • It's not part of morning report. It just randomly decides to buzz and update me. Sometimes in the morning, sometimes at 2p on a random Tuesday. It's really useless and I want to be able to turn off the vibration notification for it whenever it happens.

If you dont have the same watch or issue at me and the other people on this thread with this problem then your advice is pretty unhelpful.

That's exactly why I suggested to ask on Lily forum, and not here, where people come to discuss the Connect app, and most of them are not at all familiar with your model. You can also call the Support and ask them directly.

  • Notificacion settings are in the connect app. Stop.

Yes, in the device settings. It means different according to the device you own.
