Activity not synced

Tacticx 8 Amoled.

Ran a 10k and recorder run activity with watch. Saved the activity, got all break record, etc.

Activity can be seen on watch in History, but it's not being synced in Connect.

Subsequent walk activity was synced, and is present in Garmin Connect.

Tried unpairing and paring the watch again, updated watch, still nothing.

Anyone have a clue?

Have you tried uploading using this method? How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect? | Garmin Customer Support

If you get errors after attempting to upload, try fixing it using FIT File Viewer.

If after that, you still get errors, attach it to this thread so we can see if it’s fixable.

Zip the file, then in your reply go to Insert >> Image/video/file >> Upload >> browse for the file >> OK.
Or, you can upload the FIT file to a trusted file-sharing service like OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox, set it to public, and share the link in your post.

Sorry for replying in this thread, but I wasn't able to find one that would answer my question. I had similar issue, fixed my FIT files using FIT File Viewer. I uploaded them, I see the activities, but they don't seem to count towards my challenges. Is there a way to fix this?

Hard to say without seeing the FIT file, but...

Synced activities from your Garmin device almost always count toward challenges.
Manually uploaded FIT file from your Garmin device usually count, but only if metadata is intact.
Repaired FIT files often do not count due to missing device authenticity flags.

I have both corrupted and fixed ones here. I hope this would do.
Though I believe they indeed might have not counted towards the challenge just bcs they have been repaired... sadly for me

These seem to be affected by the bug being discussed here - New bug in FIT files: empty File ID and no Record messages

While the Fit File Viewer can repair them enough for Garmin Connect to accept the upload, all positional data and device information will still be missing. As a result, they won’t be accepted for challenges.
