Hi I'm using Coach Jeff's workout plan to improve my 5k time.
In some of his workouts, he is using the run walk run@ strategy, where the interval is set by your time goal.
i.e : Desired Pace (min/mi): 8:30 - 3 min run / 30 sec walk
In the plan, you have one block to run a mile or more with this strategy.
It's annoying to run fast and look at the watch, and calculate during the run your 3 minutes or worse if you have a 2:45 minutes of intense run :-)
Is there any solution to set my personal intervals in his workout so I can use the watch alerts with this strategy?
If I'm setting my own intervals, I'm not using Coach Jeff's plan, and the workout won't count.
