Training load values have disappeared for a 3 week period

After recording an activity on my Garmin Edge 540.and syncing on Monday I wanted to check my training load and saw that it was lower than expected and around 3 weeks of activities have suddenly stopped appearing on my training load chart. They were all there before the weekend.

I can still see the activities individually in Garmin Connect, and they appear on the exercise load tab but my training load chart is missing the data. I generally have 3 sources of activity, Garmin Forerunner 245, Edge 540 and a sync from Zwift. Any ideas on how to force a sync would be appreciated! I've tried editing an activity to add some gear and perceived effort. I downloaded one activity as a fit file and re-uploaded it. I've also created a manual activity. I tried turning off physio sync on the phone and did a re-sync. I'm totally out of ideas!! Thank you!

  • Have this problem as well. Using a forerunner 55 and edge 530.

  • Were your activies included in the load calcs and then one day just disappeared from the calcs? Same period of time?

    I raised a support case but I'm not convinced they fully understood what had happened and as the activities were mostly from a 3rd party app weren't particularly bothered about sorting it either.
