Sync issues (Forerunner 965)

Monday my Forerunner had a SW update (now running on 25.06)

Also Garmin Connect Android app got an update to 5.19.

Since then the activities are not always syncing.

Monday : run not sync

Tues: walk was sync

Wed: run was sync

Friday: run not sync 

How can I solve this annoying issue?

Ps: the watch is syncing with the smartphone without problems.

    This sounds like a post-update sync bug. Try these steps: EZPassCT

    1. Force close and reopen Garmin Connect.
    2. Restart your watch and phone.
    3. Re-sync manually via the app.
    4. If issues persist, clear app cache or reinstall Garmin Connect.

    If still unresolved, report it to Garmin Support—this may need a patch.
