Connect+ is still pretty poor

Hi,

from the beginning, I am a member (supporter fits better) of Connect+. However, I wonder when and if this is really moving forward. Active Intelligence is still in beta and still not very intelligent and delivers more statistical data. I was also hoping that AI will help to have more conclusions on my data Garmin has been collecting. Also an AI driven coach, well .......

Since I  am missing a Connect+ forum and did not find anything valuable information-wise, is there a roadmap? For the money I pay, I am really getting a bit mad for this low value for money regarding Active Intel.

  • If you're not getting value for money then don't pay. I looked at the features and decided I'd wait until there was something of value for me.

  • This does not answer my questions and points at all

  • I agree, Connect+ still feels like it's in a holding pattern. Just a couple clarifications that might help you:

Garmin rarely shares future plans in the forums. If there's an official update, it'll show up in the Garmin Newsroom or through a firmware/app release. Until then, most of what we discuss here is speculation or based on leaks.

    I  am missing a Connect+ forum

There is a Connect+ forum, but it's tucked away on the German-language side of the site. Looking at it now, it seems most posts are completely unrelated to Connect+. I suspect users don't even realize what Connect+ is. Garmin Connect + - Mobile Apps & Web - Garmin Forums

If Connect+ isn’t delivering, stepping away, as  mentions, makes sense. Many of us are holding off until Active Intelligence evolves into something more than just statistical summaries. Hopefully Garmin starts listening more closely to paying users. Until then, we’re all just watching and waiting.
