Missing activity

Question

I went for a run on Monday 20 October 2025 in Cork, Ireland. It was 11.5 miles. The activity was definitely recorded on my phone. But it is no longer showing in my Connect App.

Is it still showing on the watch in the history? 
 Maybe you accidently deleted it in Garmin Connect. If you sync your watch with Garmin Express on a computer at least earlier deleted activities that still were on the watch synced to Garmin Connect. 
 You can also connect watch to computer and fetch the FIT file from the watch and import it into Garmin Connect Web. 
 How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
