Incoming calls don't come through my watch

If all the other smart notifications are working, please try deleting the Connect app from your phone and then powering the phone off. Then power the phone back on and reinstall the Garmin Connect app. Please also power off your watch and power it back on. Once everything is powered back on, please use the paring steps here.
