It looks like you're using the Beta version. I'd recommend posting this on the Beta Program Forum for the Fenix 8 Pro.

Marcin, can you please post a photo of what you're seeing in the Connect app? Please also let us know what version you're running (under More> Settings> App Info> Version).

Hi,

In version v5.18, the temperature is displayed correctly.

There are no voice prompts, but that's a different issue :(
