I have the same issue. I'm guessing the screen isnt working. Please help me use this device
It’s possible the battery is fully depleted and no longer charging. You can try a reset. Press and hold the touch-sensitive area below the screen for 30 seconds.Then try charging the device fully and check for signs of life.

Hi It is charging fully, I know because the green lights are on, and then a few days later they are stil sensing and turning on.
The device connects to PC and even 'sounds' the vibrate alarm on the locate device feature. But nothing on screen anymore.
