I don't receive caller on in my Epix Pro gen 2

I have installed Sync Me caller ID application in my android phone but I can't receive who its calling me on my Epix Pro gen 2 watch. its only shows "Sync me" message on my watch instead of the caller name... Anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Third-party apps like Sync.Me may intercept or mask the caller ID data, preventing the watch from accessing the actual name or number. Try disabling Sync.Me as the default caller ID app and revert to the phone’s built-in dialer. 

    Make sure Garmin Connect has notification access and permissions to read caller info.

    Open Garmin Connect > More > Settings > Phone Permissions > Manage Permissions > Permissions. Mine is set as "No permissions denied" so I have no permissions-related issues. But minimally should be Contacts, Phone, and SMS.

    But I want use Sync Me application on my phone. I just want to solve the problem in my watch wit Sync Me app in my phone.
