Lifestyle tracking notifications not working

I have the problem that I get tons of duplicate notifications and it is not possible to change the settings of this mechanism. 

And no LL reminder last night or today. It seems to be very random. 

I have reported this through the support request integrated to the garmin app.

The answer was ... a link to the documentation!

Garmin, when a bug is reported, look on it instead of supposing that the user does not know how to use your software ! 

Even on 5.18. mine worked for 1 day and then stopped. 

After LL was introduced I used to get the reminders twice a day as I had set it up. Last few day/week? I stopped getting any reminders. Checked all settings and permissions I can think of, but so far no luck. 

After checking everything I thought of - permissions, settings, clear cache, stop/start the reminders, etc...the reminders started popping up again!  What I think triggered this was that when changing reminders settings(e.g. stop/start, change time) you have to click the back arrow button top left(you see a "running man" animation while saving). If I just go back with the Android gesture - I get no reminders! Seems like only pressing the Connect UI back arrow saves the changed settings, still a bummer why the reminders should not follow the old/unchanged settings though.

Same issue here. I have to change the setting in app (android) for it to work, and after a few days it stops until I change it again. Sort of defeats the purpose of a reminder if I have to remind myself to fix it every couple days.

Daylight savings in the UK today, and both lifestyle notifications have gone off an hour early for me!
