Voice prompts not working, Garmin 965

Hi, I'm having a problem with audio prompts on my Garmin 965.i've updated to the latest Garmin connect mobile app and the latest watch software, and my audio prompts have stopped,. Most frustrating!RageRage

I've deleted and reinstalled Garmin connect mobile and also reinstalled the latest watch software, with no success. Is anybody else having problems? Thanks

    I have 5.17.2 and when running yesterday I was getting the 1km "lap" times from my Fenix 7 called out on my phone

    I've updated to 5.17.2 and have had two 1 hour workouts, one with navigation and one without.i received all my audio prompts apart from when I start the activity. So not fully functioning as yet! Some people have said that after a while they get no prompts, but for the 1 hour runs I've done they seemed to work.

    Hopefully more improvements on the way, I just hope Garmin test everything, fully, before releasing the updates

    yes, it has been fixed. The Version 5.17.2 is working correctly for me again.

    This issue was introduced in version 5.12. Even the latest version (5.17.2) has this bug not correclty fixed.
    Version 5.11.2 works as it should be.

    The development team is already aware of this issue.

    5.17.2 has not fixed my Edge 1050 it gave it a bandaid...   I created a course on my 1050 while sitting in the middle of a city so I could eliminate any issues with the PC.   Anyway,  the ride started out great,  I was getting voice nav telling me the street names from my phone to my Bluetooth Shokz open run 2 headphones..  BUT,  about 5 minutes in the voice nav that called out the streets abruptly stopped working and all I could hear was beep warnings from that point on.   I know it's not my phone because I was still getting varia alerts and spotify music via my phone to my headphones...    Why garmin why?????    I'm using android (Samsung a53) and everything is updated properly...

    I took the time to find a good package site on my PC and downloaded 5.11.2 based on your suggestion. It was pretty straightforward, and I'll admit that this is the first time I've backdated Connect.  If this fixes the issue with the voice navigation even temporarily, I'll be extremely happy for now.   Thanks, I hope!  :)

    So after 20 days, is there a new version with all the fix ? 

    Or must I stay on the old version
