My watch and phone stopped syncing around 12 hours ago, but I only just realised when I went to check my afternoon run. I have:
1. reset my phone
2. turned watch off and on
3. toggled bluetooth on/off
4. deleted and reinstalled Connect app
5. unpaired watch from phone
* This is where the real trouble started *
6. I couldn't pair it again so I reluctantly did a factory reset on the watch.
Now it gives me a QR code to scan, and when I scan it the app asks me to select my model. When I choose it, the connect app eventually tells me it can't find the watch. The QR code is still on my watch screen.
All permissions are enabled on the app and other devices are still syncing to my phone. I've hard reset the watch multiple times.
Any other ideas?
