Here's my situation. I have an android phone set to vibrate. My Garmin Vivoactive 4s is set up to receive notifications for calls, texts, and some apps. This works great when I have the watch on. My watch vibrates, and my phone doesn't do anything. However, when I am charging my watch and my phone is nearby, e.g., when I'm in the shower listening to something on my phone, I can miss calls and texts. The watch, presumably, still vibrates, but it's too far away for me to hear. Why doesn't the Garmin watch hand back notifications while it is off my wrist and charging? Why isn't there a setting somewhere that I can turn on? The only solution I've found is to turn off BT on my watch before charging it which is, for me, difficult.
