Following last update to version 5.16.1 on 14 August 2025, the Connect app has not been loading on my home wifi, but doesn't have issues with other networks.
I have uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared the cache, and removed and reconnected the wifi network for the device (phone) but haven't been able to resolve the issue.
Unsure of how to report this issue to staff who may be able to resolve it at an appropriate level.
