Bluetooth issue on Forerunner 955 Solar (purchased in 2022)

Hello,

I own a Forerunner 955 Solar purchased in June 2022. Recently, I’ve been experiencing an issue: the watch can no longer connect to my phone via Bluetooth.

I have already tried several checks:

  • Full reset of the watch,

  • Tested with another compatible phone,

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Connect.

Despite these attempts, the Bluetooth connection still does not work.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with the Forerunner 955 Solar? Is there a specific procedure or diagnostic I should try before considering an exchange or repair?
