Only with a 3rd party app, such as for example Strava, and then importing the Strava activity to Garmin Connect (won't happen automatically). Just note, that the imported activity will not have any impact on the Training Status (and other related metrics). For that you'd have to use a certified partner app, like for example Zwift, TrainerRoad, Rouvy, or Concept2.
And additionally, the activity won't count towards badges and challenges (unless you edit the fit file and change the device id to a Garmin model)
