Gamin Instinct 3 Solar 45mm Komoot app Downloading track

Hi,

I have issue with Komoot app on my new Instinct 3 Solar 45mm.

Its jus stuck on the Downloading screen and couldn't download any track.

Any idea how to solve this issue?

I did re-install the App and log in again, I have deleted all the saved tracks and added only one small for testing, still is stuck on download process.

Do you need the Komoot app on your watch?

I often build routes in Komoot and just them sync to Connect, from where my Fenix and Edge will retrieve them.

I have tried again direct from the activity and it works. Thanks for gave me a clue topic is closed

Hi, Yes I have to install komoot app on the watch to load the track.

I had fenix 7 before but unfortunately lost, and trying to upload the track on the Instinct now. But downloading never happen, as you can see on the picture. It just stuck on this step.
