I've been using the Garmin Coach Plan on my Forerunner 255 Music for 9 weeks now, for a run on the 12th of october. I've been really enjoying it, especially since the base phase was completed and the build phase is getting more creative in terms of workouts.
This morning however, I was surprised to see only base run the rest of the week. I checked, and it stated I was in week 1 of the plan, in the base phase. My primary race event had disappeared from my watch calender.
I rebooted my watch and the event returned, but the coach plan still says week 1. In the app, however, It does say I'm on week 9, currently in the build phase. But the training program is now filled with base runs, not the threshold and VO2 Max runs I was looking forward to.
Is there a way to restore this, to get the training plans on my watch and phone to synch up again and get back to the far more fun build phase, instead of redoing a shortened base phase?
