Hi, I just purchased a Garmin Instinct 2s Solar.
I haven't been able to pair it with any phone.
I've already tried:
- Changing phones
- Updating both devices to the latest version
- Soft and hard restarts several times
- Resetting Bluetooth settings
- App as Bluetooth pair
- Assigning all types of permissions to the app
The watch is seen by the Garmin Connect app and correctly recognized as an Instinct 2s Solar, but there's no way to pair it.
With the old firmware, the 6-digit PIN would sometimes appear on the watch but not the form on the phone.
The app said to check the Android Bluetooth Center.
With the new firmware, the PIN doesn't even appear on the watch.
I don't know what else to try.
Can you please help me?
