Venu 2S doesn't record any data (steps, sleep data, etc.)

During the night my Venu 2S and the Garmin Connect app stopped recording data. Everything worked fine before that. Was there an update or how can I fix it?

    Was this resolved as my watch isn't working either as soon as I updated last night it just stop recording on my watch I can no longer get heart rate or stress levels and my readings aren't showing in my phone either
