I ran a program with coach Amy but the record won’t sync

I joined your garmin coach run program since May 2025, starting from last sat, and today Monday, I ran and finished the program. The records are on garmin connect app, however they won’t sync to the coach plan, which indicates that I didn’t finish the programs, which makes me very frustrated.  I left enquires with an email to your side but no feedbacks. I have already joined the program for almost 2 months and seems now going to mess up my plan. Can you let me know if it’s your side technical problem and how you going to fix it?

  • I’ve been experiencing the same issue for two weeks now, and it's becoming extremely frustrating!

    For the past two weeks, some of the running workouts from my training plan (as mentioned above) — even though they are correctly selected on my watch as Garmin Coach workouts, completed, saved, and then synced with Garmin Connect — are being treated as regular runs instead of recognized Garmin Coach scheduled sessions.

    So far, 2 out of 4 training runs have been affected in this way — they were completed correctly but not acknowledged as part of the Garmin Coach plan.

    I’m following all the correct steps: after properly syncing my plan, I select the correct Garmin Coach workout from the watch, complete the run, receive a performance score (e.g., 98%), save the activity, rate the run's difficulty and how I felt, sync with Garmin Connect — and yet, the run is still recorded as a regular session, not linked to the Garmin Coach plan. The Coach section still shows that this workout is pending!

    Once midnight passes, Garmin Coach automatically reschedules that “uncompleted” workout to the next day… and things start to get messy.

    There is currently no way for me to manually mark such a run as correctly completed within Garmin Coach.

    Several other users have been reporting the same issue for the past two weeks!
