Map and trace nor visible on Garmin Connect android

Hi, I use a garmin 5x.

When looking at the last activity (trekking), map and trace no longer appear.

Is there any update to upload?

  • Check out the activity in Garmin Connect Web. If there is no track either, then the track was most likely not recorded at all (i.e. due to an expired or corrupt ephemeris data file, disabled GPS, etc.). You can verify it also in the History directly on the watch - open the concerned activity there, enter the details, and then select the option Map in the menu. If there is none, the track was not recorded.

  • I have the same problem with a recent version of Connect... With an older version or Connect Web it works
