Incorrect Sync of Swim Data

Hey everyone,

I'm having a repetitive issue with syncs when it comes to TP workouts and my Forerunner 965. In short, my TP scheduled workout shows up on my watch under the correct day, format, intervals, etc, but when I go to sync it loads workout on TP to the day prior. Weirdly enough, this only happens with pool lap swims. My run intervals and bike sync just fine.

For example: -Swim workout with intervals on the 16th. - Complete the workout as intended with appropriate intervals on the watch. -End the workout, it saves under the TP workout name. -When it syncs, TP only sees the cumulative distance and time, and that it was completed on the 15th.

I cannot for the life of me get the workouts to log appropriately on TP even though Garmin is saving the data correctly (checked in Connect).

Has anyone had this issue before? I've searched multiple forums, tried to reset the workout program on the watch , no dice.

Which time zone are you in? Perhaps TP does not handle the timestamps correctly. I would check the setting "Upload Time Zone" at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/displayPreferences, and also look up whether there is a similar parameters in the TP settings. If not helping, I'd reach out to the Support at TP.

Ya know, I thought I had changed the time zone on training peaks but it turns out I hadn't. I was rocking my hometown's time which was causing the funky uploading. Prior to that I was curious that it didn't do that for the run so I ended up doing an open water swim to see if it was specifically the lap function for pools; turns out, it only affects events not utilizing GPS actively. Thanks for the suggestion in troubleshooting!
