I use Instinct 3 Solar and i can see body battery on my watch but not on my Garmin connect app or Garmin connect web. I don't know what to do and how to fix this? Any tips of what to do? Or should i try to reach out to Garmin support?

You can try to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, wait a few hours, sync, and see whether it helped.
Yeah, i did remove my watch from Garmin connect app and added it again and then it appeared.
