What is the distance in miles for a 5k and 10k.

Common answer is 3.1 miles but the watch shows accuracy of .01 miles. 5k is 3.107 or 3.11. 10k is 6.214. if I quit at 6.20 would it still trigger 10k badges and time records?

You must do the full distance to get the badges.

Go a little longer to make sure you get the badges.

This is what I use:

5 km => 3.11 miles

10 km => 6.22 miles

15 km => 9.33 miles
