LILY ACTIVE 2 NOT SYNCING WORKOUTS

The Lily Active 2 manual explains how to add created activity to the watch, but the watch refuses to sync and update the list. It also doesn't update today's schedule when added on the phone. Is this an easy fix or will it ever be?

  • SO, with the help of support, the issue is resolved. When you create a workout and add it to your watch, be sure to make note of what the icon is for that workout. That icon will tell you what type of workout it is (strength, cardio, etc). Choose the type of workout on your watch then hit the (...) at the top of your watch and scroll down to "Workouts"!
