How do I add a Contact to LiveTrack Sharing on my Garmin 735XT

I'm a long-time 735XT user and Shared my LiveTracks with a small group when I hike. Thus I know the basic procedure: When I want to Add a new person, first add him/her to my Contacts, then add them to LiveTrack Sharing. Now I can't remember how to do that last step. Can someone jar my memory?

But if you have LiveTrack there directly, then do it there.

Thx, Trux, but on my 735XT the More page doesn't have "Safety & Tracking. It has Connections, Groups, Contacts, and LiveTrack.
