Hi, I've had my Vioactive 4S for years and love it. My husband had just had a new Garmin and his gives him daily suggestions for his running which I want on mine. I go into run, scroll up and select workouts then it says download your workouts from the Garmin connect. I'm confused. How do I activate daily suggestions please.
