not available info in sleep card any more

Hi!

After app and website crash there are lost information in app in sleep card - no more details about sleep factors, no more sleep score graphic in 4 week or 7 days mode, just simple sleep time and stages left. Even score not available in app. Still, all info are there in web.

Why such downgrade in app?

    Crash? I didn't notice any crash and everything is working as before in the app and web. Do you mean that the site was offline for some time?That can happen for many reasons and should not affect anything except that the upload will not work during that time.

    So, you see the sleep score in the 1 day page, but nothing in the 7 day, 4 week or 1 year graphs?

    Do you see your historic logged activities and steps? Check the 4 week graphs.

    Why I'm asking is to make sure you are logged in to the correct account. Many users have accidently created multiple accounts and when they reinstall the app or change phone they accidently start to use the other account.

    Unfortunately I do not see sleep score anymore. Now in the app sleep info is very poor, like in pictures:

    And this is the same account, I have only one account. I see history, I see 4 weeks and year. Just app do not show this info anymore. And crash happened for short time in Monday evening (Helsinki time zone)

    I see score in card when it is no opened, btw.

    Well, uninstall and install helped. This is stupid.
