Fitness age

I have such a problem with the fitness age metric. The determination of fitness age is influenced by BMI, resting heart rate, as well as the number of days of activity and the duration of activities. So, since I started working out according to the Garmin recommendation plan, neither the days of activity according to this plan nor the minutes of activity (which should be at least 75) are for some reason not taken into account. That is, only the activities that I record outside the Garmin plan are taken into account. Although before that, when I trained according to other Garmin plans (for 21.1 km., 42.2 km.)There was no such problem. Maybe someone has encountered this problem, knows how to solve it.

  • Fitness Age does not use activities. It uses Intensity Minutes, more precisely Vigorous Intensity Minutes, and it does not matter whether you achieved the Vigorous Intensity Minutes during an activity or out of it. Training Plans play no role either. • I'm having the same issue. I went for several at least half hour long runs over the past weeks (at least 9 runs in 3 weeks) and it's showing 0.1 days/week and 2 mins/week. It certainly used to take all my runs into account and I have not suddenly become so fit that it shouldn't count as vigorous activity anymore.
Something is off with the Fitness Age metrics.
