lily 2 not connecting to garmin app

Hi, 

I bought my Garmin Lily 2 and intermittently it has stopped connecting to the Garmin app. Usually I restart the watch and plug it into my laptop and this works, however today it will not connect at all, no matter which way I try. I have restored to factory settings and this still has not worked. I am on the verge of sending the watch back as not fit for purpose. Please help.  

  • I would try this:

    • Open the Garmin app - More > Garmin Devices > Select your Lily 2 > tap the 3-dot menu then "Remove Device"
    • Open the Bluetooth settings on your android phone - Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > tap the gear icon next to Lily 2 > select Unpair
    • Restart the phone and the watch
    • When the watch comes back up place it in pairing mode - Settings > Connectivity > Pair Phone
    • Open the Garmin Connect app on your phone > More > Garmin Devices > Add Device.
    • Follow the on-screen prompts to pair your Lily 2

    If issue persists, contact Garmin Support directly.
