hi,
i have an instinct 2x running the latest firmware and connect mobile is not syncing for the last two days (saturday, 17th).
it has the watch connected i can manually sync, but only the steps are shown in the app. everything else (gps tours/walks, sleep data etc.) are not showing up in the app.
there is nothing on the web, not even the steps.
it is also not possible to manually start the sync from the app home screen (top right).
does anyone else have this problem?
