Hello, I bought a Garmin Venu 3 a couple of months ago and am trying to set the sleep pattern up. I work a mixture of shifts, including nights, so my sleep pattern has no regularity to it, and I am having to manually turn off sleep mode while at work.
As a quick fix I set my sleep time to be 0000-0001hrs, and when I go to bed I manually set the watch to sleep mode. The two issues with this are:
1 - Sleep mode seems to turn itself off after a few hours, meaning that the bright daytime screen wakes me up.
2 - Sleep detection has become worse, and often the watch logs me as having had only 3 or 4 hours of sleep, when I have actually had 7 or 8.
Is there a way that other shift workers set up their Garmins?
