My Garmin Connect app (and possibly account) went really off today:
- In "at a glance" & "in focus" sections, the sleep widget says "sleep wasn't detected" (I'm translating it from Polish, so I might not be accurate as to the exact English wording). The watch itself does show the score though and even more surprisingly, the Garmin Connect app does include sleep data in training readiness (and even shows the actual numeric score in the metric's details). So the sleep actually was not only detected, but was actually synced with Garmin Connect server. The same goes for Garmin Connect website. Also, no sleep score or sleep length is visible in sleep history for last night in the app or via web. Via the watch - no problem whatsoever.
- Huge part of metrics usually available in "health" and "performance" tabs just isn't there. "Health" is from what I can remember roughly halved, and "performance" only shows ONE metric - power curve. All the missing data seem to be available through Garmin Connect website, though.
What I've tried (to no avail, apparently):
- synced numerous times throughout the day via mobile app and bluetooth
- synced via Garmin Express on PC (funny thing is, after the sync, the watch fake-updated the software, even though I had the latest version)
- checked sync logs - the crucial four lines all say "sync successful" for every sync session.
I have Instinct 2 Solar.
Anyone else experienced something similar?
